Know someone who would love to work for RARA? Make money when a candidate accepts their job offer. We are paying 1% of the first-year salary in $USDC for successful hires of candidates referred to us. Refer more than 3 successful hires and receive 0.01% in equity in RARA (subject to board approval + securities laws). Successful referrals should be new candidates who have not been in contact with RARA in the past 12 months.
